Sweet!

Two things got a “Sweet!” out of Ducky today:
- Ian and Jocelyn* got interviewed on the Onething Podcast! They didn’t get to say all that much, since the Roberts tend to be fairly chatty, but I was happy to hear their voices. (To all of “the Call” Googlers: they talk about the Call a little.) Anyway, I’m getting together with Jocelyn tonight and will have to razz her about it.
- I read Psalm 119 over and over during the forty-day fast and prayed David’s prayers. Shawn Blanc just wrote about Psalm 119 … the post is very counter-culture (Church culture, that is).
* Jocelyn was my core leader during the One Thing Internship … a truly wise woman with a servant heart who always manages to cut through my wrong views of G-d with truth. (Ian’s pretty cool too.
)
I read Shawn Blanc’s post and was esp. struck by the part that goes something like: we’re cleaning toilets while the leaders are in another room.
Which I literally did for six months…
