Reader Appreciation Week: Prize #2
2007 April 10
Today the winner of the drawing gets to pick: (1) a poem or short story, written by yours truly on any topic the winner chooses, or (2) if you prefer to do the writing, the opportunity to write a post for my blog (you can link to your own blog and maybe boost your traffic a bit).
I forgot my hat today. Oy. I guess I’ll just kind of shove the little pieces of paper around on my desk and then pick one name. With my eyes closed, of course. Even without a hat I have to make sure it’s fair.
Today’s winner is …
Ben Hailstone, over at ZHOP. Hey Ben … you don’t have a contact form on your blog, as far as I can see, so I’ll leave you a comment.
sweeet….I’m a horrible writer so I’ll get you to do the writing haha. I can’t think of any good subjects for you to write something on so surprise me I guess.
Okay, do you want a poem or a short story? Or I can write a post on any topic you desire. I’m flexible.
short story. please
Nice one! A winner who is also the one choosing winners! Congrats Ben, and nice job Jenn.
@ Ben: Any preferences as to topic or genre?
@ Bes: Er … I’m not exactly sure what you’re saying … did I win something somewhere? Or are you talking about Ben?
topic-something to do with music
Music … hmm … it’ll have to be fiction … I can also send you a bonus story I’ve already written on a musician, but I want you to have an original piece for the main course.
I need a deadline … the Israel conference is this weekend and I’ll be busy with that, but I should have it for you shortly afterward.
